「It's a nice place to stay and has three double bed so can accommodate 4-5 people comfortable for the apartment hotel. Communication is good options through website message or call directly.
Neighborhood is very convenient and 5-7 minutes walk to station. Near the station, there are all kinds of restaurants. The best place we tried were Taisei Yakiniku BBQ place and Sanzen sushi place. We did eat 3 times in Taisei Yakiniku BBQ though. Both are very affordable and quality is too good to be...

「First of all, this is not a hotel, completely not. I booked this accommodation like one month ago before the trip, they will send you a form for submitting your personal information so that they will get you the key information and you have to enter the room by yourself.
However, they didn’t give me anything after submitting the form so I send another email to them for enquiry one day before arrival.
On the arrival day they send me the same form then I submitted again but they replied that...

「The room is a little bit small than I thought. I booked a twin room and expect there are 2 bed separate. However the room is too small so it is only 2 separate mattresses puting together.
Besides that, everything is fine. I super love it's rooftop view! Super beautiful for watching Tokyo Skytree (and should be excellent for watching Sumidagawa Fireworks Festival)」

「Very clean home and friendly host. As a tall person I felt very squished however Japan is known for maximizing space! Perfect place for solo travellers only I would say. The place comes with a bunk bed but I believe it is only really made for one person. Very close to Lawson, Familymart, and 7/11. About a 25 minute walk to Shinjuku station. Less than a 5 walk to the nearest bus stop. Overall I would rate this home a 5/5!」
