"Rooms are well equipped with charging ports by the bedside and kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cooking equipment. Shower area is pretty tight but the toilet is kept separate which is good if you have someone showering and another person needing to use the toilet. "

"Absolutely exquisite stay! Everything was perfection - from the check in with green tea, to the delicious Japanese style breakfast, to the friendly and attentive staff. This stay comes with so many extra amenities such as free yamata rental, complimentary sake, public baths etc. Also excellently located close to the station. We felt relaxed and at home our whole stay. It was genuinely one of our favourite stays in the whole of Japan. Special shout out to Karen who went over and above to help me try and get through to my airline to change a flight! "
