It maybe an old building but rooms are clean and no bad smell. Staff are nice and very accommodating for whatever you’re concerned about. Breakfast are ok. Great location. Walkable to city centre , restaurants and shopping. I will for sure recommend it.

The interior of the hotel is very nice and our room was beautiful. The breakfast staff and front desk staff were awesome. The room was very cold and there are heaters but they just seem to barely warm the room. The desk staff provided an additional plug-in heater.

Internet was a bit spotty at times, but good enough to stream videos. Staff was accommodating, friendly, and respectful,l. The breakfast was great. The rooms were clean. The restaurant in front can get noisy at night after people start drinking. Ear plugs recommended for light sleepers. The blackout drapes are nice, and hot water runs without any issues. Very convenient location. Everything is nearby and you can skip all the stores if you walk on the outside street next to the hotel.

Our trip to Machu Picchu brought us to this property. We wanted to reach a day early to rest up for an early morning appointment. We had a child who wasn't feeling great. The staff went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable. They also stored our luggage even after we checked out, so we could visit Machu Picchu without having to carry them all the way. Great place.

The receptionist was exceptionally nice and check-in was seamless. It’s great for families that want a place to stay for a few nights. It’s central, they kept our luggage until our train was ready. I’d definitely recommend.

It was terrible. I was booked for 5 nights and left after 3 so I could have a hot shower & with soap! There was black mold on th walls, no hot water, no soap, the walls were paper thin, you could hear everything. There was only one towel and the pillows were terrible. I wasn't expecting much, but this was very disappointing. This was not a 3 star hotel, barely a 2!!

It's a shame this was the only property where we've had problems in Peru. Room 305 - the lampshade didn't work, the bathroom had no door in the bathing area (the bathroom got wet everytime we took a shower), the water of the shower was very unstable (all of a sudden strong, then weak, then too cold, then too hot - my husband got burned once), there was no cleaning/maintenance in the room, even if we had complained since the first moment we got in the room and 2 other times later. The breakfast was good, but the area was dirty and messy because there was only 1 person working there during breakfast time. But the bed and the room size were good. Towels and sheets were good too. By the time of checkout, we complained once again and claimed for a discount, considering all the problems and poor quality of the room/service, and the manager gave us one free lunch (at least she did this).

The property was nice. The breakfast in the morning was really good. They staff were friendly and helpful during our stay. There was on maintenance issue in the bathroom. We had a room over the walkway below so it was a little noisy with all the people enjoying themselves below. It was not the big a deal. There were a lot of places close by to eat with a lot of different options. The hot springs was just a 5 minute walk from the hotel and there was a nice sitting area with lots of rock sculptures to enjoy just up from the hotel. The bus to Machu Picchu was a short walk from the hotel. I would stay there again if I ever have the chance to do so.

Muito bom o hotel! As toalhas são ótimas, o chuveiro sai bastante água quentinha, só você controlar quanto você gosta. Cama macia e roupa de cama confortável. 5min da estação de trem, muitos restaurantes, cafés e sorveterias nas proximidades. O isolamento acústico do lado de fora pra dentro é bom, mas de dentro para os corredores não é muito bom, mas não atrapalhou nossa experiência. O café da manhã é simples, mas tem frutas, pães, iogurtes, café, leite, ovo, linguiça, carne ou frango, Sucrilhos, achei bem completinho. Toda vez que íamos sair perguntavam se precisava de limpeza. Muito educadas e gentis as recepcionistas. Não tem aquecedor, mas nessa época do ano que fomos (Maio) estava ótima a temperatura. Tudo muito confortável.
