“Upon check-in, I received an enticing offer to upgrade to the Presidential Suite at a 50% discount. Since it was our last night in Turkey, I decided to surprise my wife with this luxurious experience. The suite featured full amenities and included a complimentary bottle of wine, along with spacious living, dining, and relaxation areas. There was even a pool table on the upper floor! The steam room was fantastic, and the jacuzzi was equally delightful. However, the rain shower had a slight issue……

“Room was very clean. The room was warm when we arrived and the AC worked well. We were two adults and two young children and the beds were one single bed (small sofa converted to bed) and one king size bed. For one night it was comfortable. Gym on floor -1 was good. We had some food from the room service menu which was good but there were few vegetarian options.”

“Most of the staff is good and friendly, but one lady staff at reception seemed to be racism, friendly to others, but not to Asian people. One matress in our room was damaged, too soft, not firm enough, realized this problem after 3 nights sleep wake up with painful back, reported to the hotel and they said they changed the matress while we were out, but still not so comfortable matress. Overall this is a good hotel.”

“It was a great pleasure to stay at Crowne Plaza. The restaurant on the 6/F is excellent with great view and lively music. The food selection is food. Very helpful from the team especially Sercan who provided a lot of tips and advice where to go and eat. Location of the hotel is good too as it closes to the pier and we can take ferries to avoid the congestion from land transport. Also would like to mention the great service from Ugur who helped to arrange the taxi service in a rainy day. Super……

“I found the rooms not to be well Insulated. Someone a few doors away had their TV on well past 1am and I could hear it in my room.”

“It is very convenient if you are coming for the exhibition near by ,besides restaurant in hotel and opposite hotel , there is also a hidden bridge to the Airport shopping area which is just about 15 minutes walk. Strongly recommend if you are coming for a show.”

“The only positive aspect of the hotel was that the bed sheets and the bathroom were clean. Everything else, both inside and outside the room, was of poor quality. The ceiling was peeling, and the walls were so thin that we could hear noise from other rooms all night as well as from the street. Also, the smell of smoke from other rooms was very strong in ours. The bathroom fan was extremely loud, as was the AC unit. The bathroom was so small that the door could not be closed without stepping……
