Dear guest, thank you for your response. As we are fully self contained apartments we do not offer room service. We apologise about the wifi whilst you were with us. Thank you for your feedback and thank you for choosing to stay at Quest whilst you visited Mackay.

Dear guest, Our apologises regarding the Roof Top not being open for the full length of your stay, it is normally opened in the morning and then closed at the end of the reception shift, however if you had of asked at reception it would have been left open for you. The bedding is a king bed that can be split to 2 single beds all of our bedding is this configuration -Kind regards the Quest Team
