「特别棒，服务很周到」

「The location was excellent so close to the Main Street. The room was very small and outdated. I know the Island House is a historical inn, but the room didn’t even fit as historical, such as others I have visited. Hot tub was nice, however could have been cleaner. The BBQ restaurant was closed for the season. Breakfast stops being served at 10, so we missed that. Bar was never open when we tried to visit. You’re paying for the location not the room or amenities.」

「Staff at check-in were very polite, worked expeditiously to complete our check-in….Informed us about hotel amenities and coffee/breakfast hours….Room service was excellent….Would definitely recommend others to consider the Murray Hotel……👍👍」

「We absolutely loved our stay at Sunset Condominiums! The condo was beautiful, spacious, open, and so relaxing. It was such a nice change from feeling cramped in a typical hotel room. We had everything we needed—a full kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and sink, along with a dining table. There was also a comfortable living area with a fireplace, a bedroom area, and a nice bathroom with a shower. The whole space felt cozy and inviting while still giving us plenty of room...

「Clean and safe , easy to find the motel. not far away from ferry」

「Beautiful sitting on the water!」

「Pros Bed comfortable Pet friendly Close to town Air conditioning Cons US2 was right there perhaps 30 yds away Bathroom door broken, didn't close No staff on site apparently since motel is remotely run except for probably some cleaning person No seating Small room This is just an old style motel from the old days, but it was refurbished as much as could be. If I just wanted a place to sleep and planned to head out I wouldn't mind, but I had my wife and adult child as well as dog. I did...

「Great experience! Friendly staff and clean room!」

「The room was clean and the staff was friendly. We liked that we were able to park right by our room. Our only issue was that they need to have one of those multiple plug set ups on the nightstand. My sister-in-law travels with a C-Pap machine and the plug on right side of the bed nearest the door did not have a nightstand to set the C-Pap machine on and the nightstand which she could set the C-Pap machine on between the two beds did not have a plug available at all. The other bed did not have a...

「Location」

「Nice place for a two day stay. No actual front desk help. Lady was rude who was supposed to be the on site property manager. Loved the location. Around the corner from Mackinack Island ferry. No a bad place just need to handle the staffing issue.」
