Had to check in at a hotel that is 3 doors down the road from where we actually stayed. Other than that, everything was fine.

Room was not clean, spider webs and spiders everywhere. The smoke alarm was not in working order, the cover was missing and no battery. The two good things, the bed was clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly.

El entorno es encantador, el personal muy amable, pero las instalaciones muy antiguas, a las habitaciones les vendría bien una reforma.

Clean and very affordable room in a no-frills motel, which is exactly what I was looking for. Property is quiet due to being off the beaten path, a tourist row of hotels, restaurants and shops. I will definitely stay there again as this was my second time staying at this motel.

There was a small coffee pot in room but no morning offer. No office so had to drive 2 motels down. Room was clean but dated. Beds were not great - one too soft, one fair. Not many outdoor lights. It did have a microwave and refrigerator! Seemed kind of expensive for what we got.

It was a budget room with a 5 star price! Don't expect much and choose your stay wisely for the prices get insane for a basic room!

Great two-night stay on the Michigan trip from Detroit to Lansing and Mackinaw Island. Clean, easy, and fun, with a smooth ferry ride over to Mackinac Island. Loved the North Woods feel and the Great North Woods fudge — highly recommend.

Our stay at Starlite Inn was very good. The staff member that we interacted with was very friendly our room was clean, tidy and spacious as was the bathroom. The air/heat unit worked well (we used heat). We felt very safe and parking is right outside your door. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and comfortable but needed some updating. Be aware that the shower head is very low which a tall person would have a hard time. This was a good place to stay for the night for our trip to the UP.

Looked a lot worse than the pictures, we had to go to the hotel next door to check in and out. Coffee machine in the room didn’t work, water faucet kept on dripping water all the time. The room had mildew smell and the carpet was dirty
