Hotel staff was very kind and helpful. The room was clean, as was the property. There was a pool that looked cool but we didn't get to try it. Breakfast was good too, with the standards like eggs, bacon, waffles, etc. All around great stay

The staff was very knowledgeable, patient and kind. Room was neat and just as described on website. There’s a small gym on the second floor and although we didn’t use the breakfast services, the breakfast lounge looked well kept.

The guest hall bathroom had a loose flush handle. The room had a bit of odor in it when we first arrived. My wife spray a room deoderizer and that helped. Extra sheets and covers for the fold out would been nice. Otherwise our stay was pretty good.

We had been driving for quite some time and we were looking for a hotel with a hot tub this one was advertised with an indoor hot tub- does not exist- the prices were inflated like all the others due to the hurricane. The rooms were ok. The bedsheets were clean but the couch had crumbs and other mystery stains, it was all just ok- we went down for breakfast and there was no coffee, eggs,

Pool was great. The pool towels were awfully thin though. The ice machine was not working and a water in the machine on the 3rd fl was cloudy and had a hair in it. The bathroom also had hair that was not the texture of anyone in my party. Overall, it was adequate for my needs and the bed was comfortable. Serena at check-in was super friendly and helpful.
