Downtown Home Conveniently Located

This featured home has three bedrooms and one bathroom, thats on the second floor of a duplex. The home is located in the safe historic district of Macon, Ga. Conveniently close to all major hospitals in the area. 1.5 blocks from Atrium Health Navient and 1.4 miles from Piedmont and Regency hospital. You will enjoy original hardwood flooring and two balconies, one north-facing and the other south-overlooking the beautiful downtown scenery. Also, all of the kitchen and laundry appliances are brand new! The living room and bedrooms are all designed for comfort and boast 50" smart TVs!.

Amazing!!!

Had the pleasure of staying here for a week. Everything you need is here. Huge bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen to cook, super fast WiFi. And a great host. Don’t miss this place. I will definitely stay here next time I’m in Macon.

Awesome property with an amazing host!

The property was exactly as the host described. There were no surprises. The property was clean and stocked with the essentials. When I had questions, the host quickly responded with clear instructions and information. The only thing missing was full length mirrors. Other than that, an amazing stay! Highly recommended and I would stay here again when I am back in the area!

Acceptable but underwhelming

I didn't understand from the owner's description that this is a 2nd floor walkup apartment - up 1-1/2 flights of stairs. Had I known that, I would have rented elsewhere. It was admittedly the cheapest place I found in Macon, so I shouldn't have had such high expectations. That's on me. It was clean but not well furnished, at least not in the kitchen. The only other real negative for me, being a light sleeper, is that it is a very old building and the floor is paper thin. I could hear the guy downstairs speaking, and he wasn't yelling, all night.
