The room was listed online at one rate, but when I arrived at the property, I was informed that a significantly higher rate would be required. “Good customer service. My only issue are the room dont smell good, bathroom shower not working, bathroom in general is outdated and not so clean. Carpet seem dirty. Need a lot of improvement.”

“The room to the was not clean. The bathroom tub was dirty. I took pictures of the tubb and showed them to the property manager. I told him that I can't take a shower in that tub. I was told that the tub was dirty just stained. I know the difference between stained and dirtness. Then around 11pm we get a knock on the door, it was a lady asking my husband if he wanted some company. Again around 1am the knock this time was a man at the door. The space around the toilet and sink areas smelled like……
