8.8/10 Excellent! (8,027 reviews)
Great location just a few minutes walk from Times Square, beds comfy, no coffee machine and was told we could get hot water from a room near reception but could only warm up using a microwave.. so had to buy coffee each morning, a kettle in that area would have been good, also no coffee/tea/milk/sugar etc even if there was the facility to make one.. staff helpful on tourist advice.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (6,059 reviews)
We got room at check in but the room smelt pretty bad and we went back to the reception , we got another room .
The staffs were super nice , but if the room had super bad smell , they should not be assigned to anyone .
