The hotel was terrible. We booked thinking a 1-night stay I arrived underwhelmed but I didn’t want to initially alarm the others in my party. During check-in attempt multiple people coming in and out appearing to live on the premises and looking suspicious. Upon entering the floor, STINK was the welcome. Then STINK greeted us as we opened the room door. We immediately turned around and booked at a nearby hotel with comparable rates, and accommodations were a complete 180 degree difference. On the contrary, the front desk attendant Lillian, was amazing about our concerns. We decided to explore reviews for this location on multiple sites and

I would never ever recommend staying here the room was infested with brown I believe ladybugs but I am not 100% sure they were all over the window in the room and the bed. There was no communication from the staff when the fire alarms went off and there was a fire two rooms down from my room the front desk staff was nice, but when checking in there was nobody there and we had to wait a long time for somebody to help us. The room was gross because of the so-called ladybugs I also believe that this might be a shelter since there were people there after we figured out about the fire that said they live there for over three months and this always happens that should be written somewhere if that is the case, so people have the right to make a educated decision on whether to stay there or not. I am extremely unhappy with my stay there and again would never recommend staying here. You should really fix the so-called ladybug problem in the room that is unacceptable

Robin at front desk was good. Leaking from dealing at my door. Dogs barking. Weed smell. Phone in my room broken, I had to call from my cellphone for service. Poor hotel, did not know about pets otherwise I would not had booked it.

The hotels has stains all over the carpet in the hallways. Hallway smells. Kitchen area was dirty. Finally my bed smelled like urine. Never staying there again.

This hotel was awful..I wish I could give it zero stars. At 10:30pm when we arrived it was so noisy with a party. When I went to check in the front desk girl let me know yes I had a reservation but they gave it away because they overbooked and it was first come first serve. We asked for a manager who was rude and told us it was our fault because we didn’t arrive earlier. She refused to help us and did not want to refund us. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone..it was dated and dirty inside as well and lots of men coming in and out while we were in the lobby.

My room was just adequate. Everything looked like it needed to be replaced.There was no hairdryer, no TV remote. The outside of the refrigerator had some kind of grease/oil I’m assuming from someone cooking on the stove next to it.
