"Staff were very courteous and individually attentive to us and other guests. We were kindly greeted each time we arrived back to the inn and each morning as we started our day. The inn was safe, walkable to main tourist sites, charming, and had wonderful amenities, like bag storage, a free and restocked daily mini bar, phenomenal breakfast, and a unique bar. "

"The room size was very big. The location was perfect to access the tourist area, given that our stay was for less than 24 hrs, as it was an extended stay over for a connection. It was clean and the staff was very friendly. "

"Highly, highly recommend! Everything about the property is great! Rooms are cozy and very comfortable. The lounge and restaurant area is outstanding and there is so much energy and activity happening. All of the staff was extremely kind and helpful. In a great and safe location and very walkable. When we return to Amsterdam we will definitely book again! "
"The room was very nice and well-appointed. The shower was a bit challenging in terms of not getting the floor wet and the bed was a little soft, but we liked very much being in walking distance of the train station and busy parts of the city while facing a quiet place to return to At the end of the day. The front desk staff seemed a bit harried occasionally but it was a busy time between Xmas and New Years. The breakfast was plentiful and nicely done and we appreciated the little treats on the concierges desk and water by the front desk. "
"Couldn’t fault this hotel the staff were amazing couldn’t do enough for us and the decor is gorgeous. Breakfast lovely and lots of options.
Only little suggestion would be to add in fluffy dressing gowns in the Winter months rather than the thin material ones.
