“Good, small apartment like room with a living room, a main room and a small kitchenette; I'd definitely come back for a long stay. The furniture is old, but the mattress is good. Great service from Ale in the front desk. We carried in a lot of dust in our shoes (expected, would happen everywhere), but the cleaning staff made a great job daily. The location is spectacular. Even though our 'sea-view room' meant a window with a view, yes, through some buildings, and you had to be standing in……

“There appears to be a disconnect between Expedia and the local agent. The check in was poor as the instructions sent by Expedia were not adhered to.”

“Fantastic property in an ideal location! It is incredibly safe and perfectly situated for walking all of Ortigia. Our host, Sebastiano, was amazing—communication was a breeze, and he provided invaluable recommendations for local restaurants, parking, and the best places to visit during our stay. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely book here again!”

“We enjoyed our stay at the apartment and it is a great location right in the heart of Ortigia. Our only feedback is that the bed sheets were quite worn and old.”

“Good location, expected a Seaview but it only has that in the bedroom which is up a steep 21 stair sprial staircase. Well appointed, had most everything and was very large and modernish. Parking on site is possible which is great to have. Walking distance to Oritiga, and MANY good restaurants nearby. Had trouble communicating with the owner initially but pivoted to WhatsApp and was a breeze after that. Bed is comfortable and 2 AC units one on each floor means you are comfortable. Few minor……

“Francesco was very helpful prior to our arrival providing very good information regarding car parking etc. We arrived at 11pm on a Saturday evening and he was there waiting for us. The appartment is clise to the centre of Ortigia so a great location for exploring the whole of the historuc centre. The Cafe di Roi opposite the appartment was very good for breakfasts and very reasonably priced. We used the cafe every day for breakfast. The road is a little noisy in the evening as cars pass by……

“Clean, spacious property with air conditioning, which we greatly appreciated. Communication with Annelisa was great. We really appreciated that it was easy walking distance to some good places to eat.”
