“It's a beautiful hotel indeed, with a lot to offer: a historical embience, elegant decor, spacious rooms, convenient location (both Duomo & Fontana di Diana are within a 10-min walk), simple yet adequate breakfast.... But all these good qualities are offset by a lack of maintenance of its facilities (shower head that seems like breaking down and keeps leaking water from its handle, air conditioner that shuts itself down within 30 mins of operation...) . Service-wise the front desk is only……

“IMPORTANTE: la foto del anuncio no corresponde con la realidad, el patio que sale en la primera imagen, según el propietario, el acceso al patio solo es posible si alquilas el apartamento "completo", pese a que en Expedia, te sale para 4 personas "apartamento completo". No tenéis derecho a patio si sois menos de cuatro personas. Capítulo aparte el tema de la limpieza de los utensilios de cocina, no cocinamos en toda la estancia por el asco que nos dio. Un despropósito.”

“ The hotel staffer is nice, very helpful and we can communicate with each other in English. The hotel is close to train station and town centre but it takes a little time to locate it. The hotel sign board is quite small and not so easy to identify. There is an Asian restaurant next to the hotel which I enjoy having food there. The hotel is located on the 2nd floor of the building and there is no elevator. I appreciate and thank that the hotel staffer gives me a helping hand to deliver luggage……

“エコノミータイプの客室だったため、施設は少し古い印象でしたが、清潔でした。近くに沢山の飲食店もあり、ショッピングにも最適な立地です。バスターミナルから歩いて20分くらいでした。 スタッフとWhatsAppを介してタイムリーに連絡でき、チェックインもスムーズで、表示もあったので入り口で迷うこともなかったです。”

“Très belle chambre, mais forte odeur d’humidité, pas de FENÊTRE quartier type « cour des Miracles «  loin du centre historique, pas de supérette ou de restaurant dans le proche voisinage loin de toute commodité”

“The owner is kind who allows me to postpone my booking date even if the refundable date has expired. The room is clean and big, bed is comfortable, the only disadvantage is facing a busy traffic road. I am very disappointed with the breakfast, it is provided in a nearby Cafe store, only includes a cup of coffee and a croissant, I need to pay for extra order and there' s not many food options to choose.”

“Praktisch”

“The b and b breakfast view was awesome and the breakfast tastes delicious. Staff is very helpful without them we wouldn’t be able to get our car. Overall a really worth stay.”
