“Se fossi un francese avrei dato 5 stelle, da italiano purtroppo ho dato 4 stelle dal fatto che in una struttura italiana manca i bidè mi suona strano, la pulizia impeccabile, posto auto chiuso nella struttura gratis con cancello automatico, la zona è molto silenziosa, mentre per la colazione sono convenzionati con due bar di cui il più vicino sforna deliziosi cornetti. “The room I booked said it had a king and twin bed. When I arrived there was only one bed & it was a queen (and quite hard). I did appreciate that the owner could be easily reached, but when we arrived there wasn't anything he could do to fix the number of beds. It was convenient that it was located near the central station, but one drawback from this was the significant street noise that made it challenging to sleep. There was also a heavy door in the entrance on our floor, so another occupant……

"The location is perfect and the receptionists are friendly. However, it’s a bit inconvenient to carry luggage to enter from the front automatically door and it was broken so guests needed to move the door manually with heavy luggage….. it was not an unpleasant experience for the first time of the trip in the city. Moreover, the soundproof of the rooms were not so well. I was woken up by the noises around 8am… which means my journey became a bit stressful cuz of sleep less due to the noises…..! It would be great if those problems could be improving. Thank you for ur time! "
