"The condo was beautiful and spacious. They provide beach towels chairs and the wagon was very useful. The pool is great. Didn’t love that the bedrooms were directly facing the main street. It was very loud at night. Keep in mind the area has been impacted by Hurricane Helene, some places never reopened & some areas seem rough. We came with a group and had a total of four condos rented at Madeira Bay Resort North Tower, this one was definitely the best. Updated & modern. "

"The property was in a great location. Very close to the beach and the owner provided beach towels and beach chairs for you which was nice. It was less than a 5 minite walk to Johns pass and several restaurants and other activities. The condo was clean and well stocked. My only complaint was the hallways, stairwell, and elevators were dirty and not well maintained, but that did not impact the quality of the condo itself."

"The condo was as described in the listing. The view of the Gulf from the balcony was beautiful. The property is very secure with codes to elevators and door. It is located within short walking distance to John's Pass. Most impressive was the communication from the owner. No delays in responses, and very complete instructions. Would not hesitate to book again."
