I request the company to remove this hotel from its list of hotels immediately. The address on Google maps is not accurate. The phone number is incorrect. It is impossible to get through. No one meets you from the airport, although the website says “free transfer”. Breakfast is just one fried egg. ...

Except for the slight delay of the the airport transfer from the Kathmandu Airport to the hotel upon our arrival, everything else was perfect.
