No AC after being charged almost 5 star rates per night. Even though property is well maintained the absence of AC’s makes it a deal breaker and lack of 24x7 room service. Maybe good for old couples who want to go there and sleep only.

A very pleasant hotel
The villas are spacious and comfortable with verandas which are very pleasant for relaxing. Breakfast buffet is sumptuous. Housekeeping staff's unusual towel decorations were a nice touch. The hotel is an ideal base for exploring Coorg.

The hotel is very clean, nice and comfy. There are not many amenities, like swimming pool, but then Madikeri is a place to roam about. There were many attractions not too far from the hotel.
