Hotel on the main highway...

The hotel is a nice place for people looking for only rooms. There is no room service after 10 p.m and the staff is relatively less. Also the hotel is situated on main road and hence a bit of disturbance. The swimming pool and spa is under construction after which it could become a good family resort. I would recommend it only for singles...

Good location but terrible customer service

No AC after being charged almost 5 star rates per night. Even though property is well maintained the absence of AC’s makes it a deal breaker and lack of 24x7 room service. Maybe good for old couples who want to go there and sleep only.

A very pleasant hotel

The villas are spacious and comfortable with verandas which are very pleasant for relaxing. Breakfast buffet is sumptuous. Housekeeping staff's unusual towel decorations were a nice touch. The hotel is an ideal base for exploring Coorg.

stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. overall experience was good. coming to pros and cons Pros Neat rooms and well constructed Near highway Wonderful ambiance in evening and early morning Close to town Staff were courteous Rooms and surroundings look just like the picture put up by expedia Cons Food was disappointing and occasionally below average No travel desk and they manage to get a cab for you and charge you INR 300 for going a distance of 1.5km No recreational activities being a new property No shops near by so if you get hungry other than meal times then tough luck No newspaper ( sounds silly I know but I need one in the morning ) If people in the next villa are loud you can hear everything

Very nice and comfy!

The hotel is very clean, nice and comfy. There are not many amenities, like swimming pool, but then Madikeri is a place to roam about. There were many attractions not too far from the hotel. The staff was very friendly. The chef was very nice and the food was really very good. The variety of the food for vegetarians can be increased,

Great place to stay. Very near to main town.

The resort is a great place to stay. Located just 3 kms from the center of Medikerri town, its surrounded by serene beauty. The hotel staff is extremely courteous , the food is good. Rooms are big enough, its actually a Villa. The rooms dont have AC but the weather of Coorg is such that you dont need any.

Great Location and Fantastic Service

This is a new hotel and so everything is fresh what they have missed in the website is their phone # to get in touch with the Hotel directly and also the fact that each room is designed to accommodate 4 people so a family of 4 can comfortably live in the same room. Mamta and Mohan at the resort along with the others were extremely helpful.
