Goede bedden, goede verbinding wifi, grote smart tv, niet veel eetgelgenheden in de buurt helaas. Maar die er was was geschikt voor mij. supermarkten in de buurt. Alleen afstand naar madina is te ver om te lopen, met auto ben je er in 10 min.

Wonderful hotel & Staff

Booked this hotel twice for my mom’s stay in Madinah and the staff were absolutely amazing and respectful. The rooms were clean and organized. There was a gentleman who worked the night shift who treated my mom with tremendous care and I want to thank him for his hospitality! Thank you :)

Absolutely rubbish, do not waste your money on this hotel. Smell of gasoline in the elevator and the power kept going off in the elevator. Save your money and go elsewhere

No management and left the guests stranded at the.

It was an awful experience. No beds available according to the booking. I booked it for family room 3 adults and 3 children. Upon arrival I was told that only one room of 2 single beds avaliable. 3 adults Have to sleep on the single 6cm thick matteresses.

TOO DIRTYY!! A very disappointing experience. There was no room service at all, and the only amenity provided was a bar of soap. The room was extremely dirty and had a persistent foul smell, with cockroaches visible in several areas. The floors were wet and unclean, and even the bathroom appeared not to have been washed properly. The furniture and fixtures were dusty and rusted, and the bedding felt itchy and uncomfortable. Overall, it was a regretful choice, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was ok but wire hanging off of the ceilings, shower didn't work too well and apparently you need to buy your own toilet paper. Its an apartment they rent out, not really hotel. But I guess you get what you pay for.
