I’ve stayed at this place before, and their service was excellent. I stayed for 4 nights and 5 days. It’s about a 15-minute walk from Haram, but the location is still very convenient. Overall, it offers 5-star–level service and a very comfortable stay.

This hotel is probably the worse deception I’ve experienced booking a hotel on Expedia. The proximity to Haram is totally false. This hotel is minimum 35 mins walk to the Prophets mosque. You Infact have to cross an under full highway bridge. The building is also hidden with no signage whatsoever in the middle of a sketchy looking area. Absolutely do not recommend for anyone who isn’t local to the area

the worker he was bice and helfull but was no respect, people slamming the door at 2am or 3 am in the morning, shouting around i had to tell some people to lower theirs voices and they ignored me and carries shouting and slamming doors. no cleaning p4ovided we had to keep asking for towels.. 3 beds obly 2 towels and we had to ask for extra and clean ones.. o ly flgood thing about this plabe and what made go there is obly 10 min from majid and 3 min walk from quba market and old souk

We wanted to leave an honest and detailed review of our stay, especially because we almost didn’t book this hotel due to some negative comments about the area and check-in. Our experience, however, was completely smooth and positive from start to finish. Location: The location worked perfectly for us. The hotel is within walking distance to the prophet’s mosque. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the Quba Front entrance which is full of discounted shopping. From there, it’s roughly a 10 minute walk north to Masjid An-Nabawi or 35 minutes south to Masjid Quba if you enjoy a longer walk. The hotel sits in a residential area, which some reviewers labeled as “sketchy,” but honestly you’re in Madina, the city of the Prophet SAW. Not everything needs to be modern or luxurious to be appreciated. We found the area calm and authentic. Transportation / Finding the Hotel: Some people mentioned that their taxi drivers had trouble finding the place, but both of our drivers found it with no problem at all. You can easily search the hotel name on Google, and it appears clearly with the correct address on Google Maps. My only suggestion to the hotel would be to install a visible sign on the window or building with the name of the hotel. Staff are very helpful. They sent detailed check in instructions for self check in and it was super easy and smooth. Elevators fast and clean. Room super clean and updated renovated. Staff were very helpful and responsive.

Very cost effective hotel. Sufficient free parking available in near vicinity, just 50m away. Hotel rooms very clean and all essential commodities are available with smart android TV. Hotel distance is just 10 minutes walking from haram. Asian Restaurants are also available at walking distance. The only issue is hotel entrance is bit confusing i.e you have to identify the hotel through building picture as hotel name is not marked on building.

I absolutely loved my stay at the Medinah Deluxe Hotel! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially Talim, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The atmosphere was welcoming, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the service was exceptional. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Terrible Service!

The hotel is located in a residential area about a 15-minute walk from Masjid An-Nabawi. While some reviews mentioned the neighbourhood being dirty, I personally didn’t find it a major issue. It felt just as safe as other areas of Madinah. Quba Road is only a few minutes away, and there's a nice shopping area nearby where you can find reasonably priced items—just be sure to negotiate, or you may overpay. The hotel itself is clean. However, the biggest disappointment was the customer service. The manager was unfriendly and gave the impression that guests were an inconvenience. There was no effort to check on our comfort or needs during the stay. We booked a room for four people for six nights, but only received: 2 tea bags 2 sachets of coffee 2 towels 1 toilet roll A few bottles of water There was no cleaning service or change of bed linens during our entire stay. Unfortunately, based on the poor service and lack of basic hospitality, I would not recommend this hotel.
