“Everything was dirty. The lobby, the elevator, the room. There were greasy fingerprints everywhere as if nothing has been wiped down in years. There was old soap with hair stuck in it in the bathroom. The pillow cases had mascara left over on them, the white duvet had black and gray smudges all over it from what I can only imagine was dirty feet. “Pros: Entrance was nice, room spacious, bed looked neat. Staff was polite and professional. Fridge nice.
Cons: Hallway walls were in disrepair and dirty. There was a clump of someone’s hair clippings and crud on the ice bucket, sink dirty, bathtub lining cracked, appearance of soap scum ring, entrance light out, exhaust fan not functioning, 1/2 of outlet in bathroom not working. “When we arrived, the driveway & walkway to the front door were covered in poop. The front door keypad didn’t work due to dead batteries. We contacted the host, who gave us a garage code that also didn’t work. They said they would send someone out.
