“The best and only hotel we will stay at when visiting in Madisonville. The location is central with easy access. Breakfast bar was one of the best I’ve seen. Great overall experience.”

“The room looked like it had been cleaned in a hurry. Hair still in bathtub, half a pill on floor under desk and there were dead bedbugs on the inside sheet. We didn't see the bedbugs until we were leaving. They had changed the bedding the day before. The person at the counter during the day was super nice. She had told us they were remodeling. It certainly needed it. Could not swim the indoor pool was way to cold. Should think about putting in some heat. Overall, don't think we will spend……

“The house needs a lot of work, peeling paint , cracks in woodwork, mold at bottom of living room window, and light bulbs out everywhere. There is a very strong mildew odor. Host has 2 dehumidifiers running constantly which indicates a lot of moisture. It is a charming house that needs a major makeover.”
