There are arts communities nearby along with flea markets and antique shops to challenge the most discriminating shoppers.

You will be minutes from the scenic Cherohala Skyway, the Tail of the Dragon at Deal's Gap, Blue Ridge Parkway, Cherokee, Fontana Dam, and the Natahala River Gorge. An hour + to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Smokey Mountains National Park, Cherokee National Forest and numerous State Park facilities, the Ocoee and Natahala rivers offering world class whitewater kayaking and rafting, fly fishing from many lakes and rivers as well as a host of other outdoor recreational opportunities.

STONEYBROOK COTTAGE is a unique and memorable experience for your family! Furnished in antiques and period furniture, it offers all the amenities of home yet with a simplicity and serenity you won't want to miss! A small 'English-style Cottage' - comfy, warm and cozy! You will enjoy this affordable, charming cottage - and will definitely want to come back again soon!

UPDATE: December 2020. Stoneybrook Cottage now has new floors! A few guests recently made mention of the condition of the carpet, so we have completely re-done the flooring throughout the whole cottage. New pictures are posted to reflect the update.

It said there was acres to explore but the land was unexplorable it was all thick wooded steep hill there was no way to explore any of the property outside of the front and back yard .and nothing fun to do in the surrounding area without driving at least a hour and a half

Love the little cottage!

This place is so adorable. Very clean. Wish I would have had better cell service but it could have been worse. I have no complaints other than the floor is rotting out. It can’t be seen due to new flooring but it can be felt. The sub flooring and possibly the floor joists need some maintenance. It would be sad to see the adorable cottage destroyed by lack of foundation maintenance.

Country Cottage

Quiet and cozy. The location was great for us , close to the skyway and dragons tail. Also close to waterfalls and miles of trails to hike . We brought a small enclosed trailer and we had plenty of room to park it down by the road. Just as Jason said. We had our dogs with us and they enjoyed the yard woods and stream.

Peaceful and Cozy

We had a very lovely stay here. It is just a few minutes from the Cherahola Skyway and has everything one could need. I would say that it is definitely the best organized place with the best stocked kitchen we've ever stayed in. I only wish it was a smidgen warmer, so we could have enjoyed the outdoor eating areas and fire place.

Excellent home in beautiful country

The cottage was easy to find, convient for my family's needs, and as a huge plus pet friendly. My family loved the house, and my pets were happy to run in the woods and drink from the beautiful stream near the house. It was cold and rainy, so we didn't get to enjoy the outdoors as much as we wanted, but it was a welcoming place to spend the week.

A Great Little Nestled Cottage

We loved our stay here! We were here for a wedding in the area so we didn’t spend much time in the cottage but we did enjoy our stay! The cottage is very cute and perfect for a couple or small family looking to get away and just enjoy some peace and quiet! Highly recommend!

Cutest Little Cabin in the Woods

Very cute little cabin. Felt like I walked into my grandmas house. Instantly made you feel at home. The property wa beautiful and there were were all kinds os places to sit on the property to keep in the shade plus an extra ceiling fan on the porch near the swing! Also fire pits if you bring the marshmellows with you.
