「客房很大還可以烹飪，適合家庭和不習慣西國料理喜歡烹飪的旅客！房間雖大但不是很新，廁所有些老舊，還有很重的霉味！我們連住三晚，第一晚請清潔人員打掃，隨意且不用心令人吃驚！距離主要觀光景點10站以上，往返交通很辛苦！附近相對主要觀光景點附近較無餐廳可選擇！優點為櫃檯人員親切提供行李寄放，去查馬丁火車站（可搭火車前往馬德里北部景點）只要三站！」

「The property was good and as described. However gaining entry was pathetic. Photo of outside of the property was completely misleading and not helpful. Communication with Experia was a complete disaster and impossible. Person I spoke to either didn't understand written English or was deliberately obstructive and not of any help. When pointing out that I was having trouble finding the entry point all they said was they can cancel but I would not get any refund. Kept insisting that I didn't want...
