A few meters from the Santiago Bernabeu stadium and the Azca area, is one of the most commercial streets of the capital, Orense street. And in this area is located this renovated apartment for four people. 

A minimalist apartment, nothing overloaded, but with touches of color in the decorative elements, giving it a comfortable and cozy look.

Orense street stands out for its wide variety of stores of the main national and international fashion chains, as well as an endless number of small stores and restaurants. In addition, it is located next to the department store El Corte Inglés de Castellana.

This apartment was very clean and spacious! The location was excellent with a lot of places nearby to walk or by metro. The beds were comfy and the linens and towels were very high quality! It is on the ground floor so might be noisy with early morning city sounds or late night neighbor sounds! We had a small issue with a leak in the washer and it took 3 days to get corrected. We made dinner in one night and found everything we needed!
