因為不像一般飯店櫃台，可以隨時聯絡，入住時，在門口等了一些時間，聯絡要靠翻譯軟體，不是很方便。地點很好，房間也不錯，兩個單人床，客廳還有沙發床。洗衣機也有，沒有烘乾功能。

Our studio loft was spacious, with a full kitchen, bar, and dining area. The bed in the sleeping area was very comfortable. The living room area looked out of double terrace doors at Huertas street. The apartment was clean and well stocked. We especially loved the washing machine/dryer, which allowed us to pack light. The place is in central Madrid close to all the major landmarks and museums. There was some street noise at night but manageable. The host was super nice and helpful. We would recommend this place as an affordable, spacious, and comfortable home in the center of Madrid!

Great communication with property owners/managers. Most tourists spots are walkable. Busy pedestrian street but quiet inside the apartment building. A lot of restaurants/bars nearby. Owners/managers very accommodating with early check-in and even allowed us to leave our luggage on check-out so we could have breakfast before heading to the airport.

Pros: This apartment was very spacious. The beds are comfortable and it is well equipped with kitchenware. I loved the Nespresso and 4 pods provided. AC worked well. I loved that they sent videos of how to enter the code to get in the front door since they all seem to be different. The restaurant that they run downstairs is very delicious - a bit pricey but good. They sent an email with a 10% discount at the restaurant. Good location and the windows keep the noise out, the shutters keep it nice and dark . Cons: the morning we left our WiFi was out, the day before our water heater went out for the day but they were good at getting it fixed by evening when we needed to shower. I showed the food server the email for 10% discount and he acknowledged it, but I realized later we did not get the discount. Maybe he just thought I was telling him we were guests? Not sure. Last was that you have to take the trash out when you leave, which is not a big deal, just a little odd. I would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great – walking distance to most of the main sights. It was a quiet but alao lively street. The room was clean and very spacious, definitely more than I expected for the price. We also had clear instructions before arrival, which made it easy to find and access the apartment. Overall, great value and a very comfortable stay. Would happily come back.

We had stayed there the week before and had a nice experience. A week later, we had a room that had a broken shower, and the pool was closed. This is a nice property for a shared room. The rooms are spacous and they have 2 baths and 2 bedrooms. They have a kitchen and a washing machine.

Everything in the apartment is as described, neat,adequately equipped and clean. Communication could be better as it is very impersonal. We experienced issues with the air conditioning as did others previously. Once we had it straightened out everything worked fine

Property was clean & in an excellent location - lots of bars, restaurants very close. It is rather dark in the apartment as the only windows are onto an inner courtyard so no outside view or proper daylight. However the apartment was quieter in the evening as a result There is also a strong smell of cooking when the restaurant downstairs is open which was not very pleasant and also noise from the restaurant extractor fan or air con system. The Expedia website is misleading as apartment was described as 2 BEDROOMS when in fact it is 1 bedroom with twin beds & a sofa bed in the living room. None of the Expedia photos show the same apartment. As we were 3 adult friends we were completely misled by the Expedia description and if the sofa bed hadn’t been made up for us would not have had enough beds to sleep in. But not the fault of the Apartment owners.
