This cozy apartment offers everything you need to enjoy your stay in Madrid with comfort and style.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, ceramic cooktop, and all the utensils you need to prepare your meals just like at home. It also includes a practical pantry, perfect for organizing your groceries with ease.

The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. Both feature spacious wardrobes to store everything you need. Additionally, the hallway includes extra closets, ideal if you’re traveling with lots of luggage or need additional storage space.

The living room is a bright and spacious area, furnished with a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV—perfect for relaxing with a good movie after a long day of work or study in Madrid.

Additional amenities include air conditioning, clean bed linens and towels, complimentary toiletries, as well as an iron and ironing board for your convenience.

Whether you’re in Madrid for work, study, or leisure, this apartment has everything you need to settle in from day one and feel right at home.

Located in the charming Chamberí neighborhood, you’ll be close to Complutense University, San Carlos Clinical Hospital, and Fundación Jiménez Díaz, with excellent public transport connections to easily move around the city.

-Baby cots are available for rent at €30 per stay. Please make sure to request one by contacting the host in advance of your arrival.

-Tenants must present a valid ID and credit card upon check-in.

-Parties or similar events are not allowed in this accommodation.

-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.

The building was clean and quiet. There were two grocery markets very close by, as well as the metro stop just a few blocks away, so it was a very convenient location. I would definitely rent it again if we come back to Madrid.
