Excellent Stay! Perfect apartment for 1 or 2 people. Very clean, with all the amenities needed, kitchen, washer/dryer, and a modern bathroom. Balcony was soundproof - enjoyed the view but appreciated the quiet. Popular location! The area is very lively with restaurants (the crepe place downstairs is excellent!), cafes, and shops. Close to many of the best tapas and monuments. Communication was wonderful. Christian sent videos on accessing the apartment, especially since I arrived late at night. Needed an extra blanket and received it quickly, asked for suggestions and got prompt answers. I would definitely stay here again next time I am in Madrid.

Quarto limpo e confortável, com equipamentos de cozinha e lavanderia completos. Equipe sempre atenta à comunicação. Apenas nos "assustou" um pouco na chegada, pois é um prédio antigo, cuja porta grande de madeira tem um visual não agradável, bem como o "ascensor" (elevador) bastante antigo, ainda de grades. Acostumamo-nos logo; ficamos as 3 noites planejadas da viagem. Local de fácil acesso ao Metrô, ônibus, táxi com parada exclusiva na Gran Via, a uma quadra. Teatro Rialto, Supermercado e Magazine El Cortés muito próximos.

The host was super friendly and offer us her personal contact as we do not have calling feature with our eSIM service. The checkin and check our process was very smooth. The area was very lively and the room offer quietness for resting. The unit was very spacious with washer dryer which was nice as we could to do laundry before heading to our next destination. Definitely will stay again and recommend this property! Clean string WiFi and air conditioned.

The apartment was extremely clean, very central (even although the street below was busy through the day/night) no noise could be heard from inside. No problem with accessing the property - Maria was there when we said we would be arriving.

Excelente lugar por sus instalaciones espaciosas, con todos los elementos necesarios para vivir cómodamente (Heladera, freezer, microondas, lavarropa, Horno, elementos de cocina, TV, plancha, etc.) La amabilidad y disposición para solucionar hasta el menor de los inconvenientes de María y Cristian no es habitual. Por último pero muy importante, la ubicación en la peatonal Preciados a la vuelta del metro Callao es un combo que resulta inmejorable.

This location was perfect; everthing within walking distance, and the apt. was also very nice. It was clean, and as described and appears in the pictures. Christian was very accessible and responded quickly. There was another person who was not and that was frustrating, but Christian stepped in to help resolve questions I had quickly. Overall, great place and I would recommend it.

Location was perfectly situated in Madrid. Walking distance to the palace, Plaza Mayor, etc. Plenty of tourist restaurant nearby. Christian was great to work with, gave us a quick tour of the place and showed us how to work the washer/dryer and other stuff. The suite was clean. Christian was great in giving us recommendation on where to eat and what to avoid. Overall, I will recommend this place to anyone thinking of visiting Madrid.

Great location, really convenient and close to everything you need. The room is also quiet so despite being located to a busy area, you’ll feel very secure and can really relax at the end of the day.
