Nice apartment in the vibrant Lavapíes, multicultural-friendly, although it doesn't feel very safe

The property is nice and clean. Equiped with everything you might need. Great location. Everything is reachable by foot. The neighborhood isn't very pleasant; it feels unsafe due to the presence of drug dealers and frequent police raids.
