San Isidro I - Studio for 3 people: San Isidro I is a studio that can accommodate up to 3 people. It has air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and a sofa bed, perfect for resting after working or studying in Madrid, along with a Smart TV for you to enjoy a good movie. Next to the sofa bed, there is a table and chairs for comfortable dining.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, including a toaster, microwave, refrigerator, and ceramic hob.
For sleeping, there is a loft bed, offering a unique space. The bathroom is fully equipped, including a hairdryer. Towels, shampoo and body wash, toilet paper, and a small bottle of dishwashing liquid are also provided so you can travel light.

-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.
