Very conveniently located to everything! As in everything! Clean apartment. Perfect for a family of 4. Water pressure is strong. Privacy is superb. You don't bump into anyone in the elevator. Feels like you have the building to yourself. Wish there is a clothes rack in the unit and more hangers, though.

Good value for money. The apartment was as described, clean and comfortable and spacious but a bit tired. Quiet, on 3rd floor but good lift.The area is great, small local bars and restaurants, interesting indoor market close by, lively but not rowdy. Excellent apartment, just few details to improve.

We love the apartamento, wonderful location, almost all points of interest are at walking distance. Just put new batteries in the remote control and fix the curtain bars in the master bedroom. Apart from that a grest apartment.

Great place to stay/close to everything

Stayed with my daughter for a weekend. Located conveniently in walking distance to Plaza Mayor and many other places in the center. One of the best rated tapas restaurants is literally across the street (Taberna El Sur). We arrived earlier than expected and were able to check-in with no problems. The communication with the property manager was prompt, friendly and informative. Would recommend this place for sure.
