The place is very well located .The receptionist over the phone was kind and clear. Yet the descritpio of the room did not mention that there was no t even a tiny wardrobe or something to hang dresses oor suits. The street was very noisy most of the might and very early in themorning. in addition at 600 am strangely construction works started at the palace buiding and in front of it evey day.

After initial problems with accessing the property and miscommunication,everything worked out.It is centrally located with easy access to several metro stations,restaurants and shopping.One thing it is not,is quiet.It's noisy,as it sits in a very busy street with vibrant night life and this apt faces it.If you have difficulty sleeping with noise,this is not for you.It is very clean and modern and everything works just fine.

We were right in the middle of the city center. It just so happens that we came during Hispanidad so it was fairly busy with both day and night life (we were on the 2nd floor above a main street for pedestrians, but when the windows were closed it did block out the noise fairly well. I would recommend if you are a light sleeper to get ear plugs. That helped for sure!) Loved how easily accessible it was to the metro (only 3 min walking distance). Everything, I mean everything was within walking distance. Loved immersing ourselves within the culture. We were able to get into the apt very easily and securely with an app. The Company AmazINN that owns the property was very easy to communicate with via the VRBO app as well. We had a great time in Madrid. Thank you!

Todo estuvo perfecto con la habitación. La localización la mejor. La limpieza, comodidad muy bien. Solo hubo problema con el porton de la entrada que al parecer algun inquilino puso el seguro manual y al llegar en la madrugada no pudmos entrar y tuvimos que esperar en la calle. Sin embargo, el host atendió a esa hora de la madrugada y nos resolvio rapidamente. Todo lo demas fue una excelnte estadía.
