- GENERAL DESCRIPTIONS:
This recently renewed bright apartment can accommodate 6 people. It is located on a century building just step away from the most important tourist attractions: Royal Palace, Almudena Cathedral,Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, San Miguel Market,.. but at the same time is quiet and spacious. Provided with all facilities for your well-being during your stay, it is an ideal place to discover the city afoot and have rest.

Check ins before 03:00pm are subject to the availability of the apartment.

Excellent location on a quiet street in the La Latina neighborhood. We loved this neighborhood as it is less touristy than Las Letras and Gran Via yet within easy walking distance to all the major sites. Roberto provided us with a list of nearby restaurants and cafés. We greatly enjoyed his recommendation for the little coffee shop up the street (Perro de Pavlov) where we had a light breakfast each morning. The rental was spacious for our family of 3 and was equipped with the amenities we needed for our 1 week stay. The beds were very comfortable…a must! We greatly enjoyed our stay at Roberto’s place.

Great stay in Old Town Madrid
Very nice & comfortable apartment in a charming Old Town Madrid neighborhood. Roberto is a great host. We walked to Sol, Plaza Mayor, Palace, and we enjoyed several local restaurants right in our neighborhood.

schöne, gemütliche Wohnung
Eine tolle, schöne, gemütliche, geschmackvoll eigerichtete Wohnung mit Charakter in bester Lage an einem schönen Platz. Wohnung befindet sich in der zweiten Etage und hat innen eine weitere, recht enge Treppe, die zu den Schlafzimmern hinauf führt. Für uns kein problem, aber für Gehbehinderte vielleicht wichtig zu wissen.

Bel appartement à 200m de la Plaza Mayor
Appartement très propre avec tout le confort et en plein centre du vieux Madrid.
Roberto a été très accommodant et nous a permis de déposer nos bagages avant l'heure.
A 50 m, nous avons pu trouver beaucoup de restaurants.

Fantastic apartment
Loved everything about this apartment. Lots of space, clean, all the amenities and in the best neighborhood - 5-15 minute walk to any location in the center yet quiet and safe. Five stars! Oh, and Roberto and his father were wonderful hosts, welcoming and attentive.

Great location
Roberto was wonderful! During the check in process he provided us with a city map and made great sight seeing, dining, and shopping recommendations. He also arranged transport to the airport for us. We were just a few minutes walk from Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, and several great restaurants. The apartment had everything we needed to get started. The only drawback is that the AC is only in the bedrooms-it does work wonderfully though! Several fans were provided. We totally recommend this apartment!

Un apartamento precioso
El apartamento se encuentra en la zona que más me gusta de la ciudad, al lado de la Plaza de la Paja, donde además de restaurantes hay conciertos. Estaba muy limpio y es super bonito y cómodo. Roberto siempre ha estado pendiente de facilitarnos la estancia y enseguida solucionó un pequeño problema que había con la lavadora. Seguro que repetimos.
