Deception

There was no hot water when we got there and for three days despite the attempts by the rental company to fix it. They finally moved us to another place after three days, which was not centrally located. We asked to be compensated, which the company refused. About the initial apartment, the description says there is a balcony with a view of the city, which is not true. This apartment is facing inside and the view you have is the wall from the other buildings. The communication with the staff from the rental company was okay through the VRBO platform, but we tried to call them many times and no one answered. We finally talked to someone after three days and the person we spoke to was courteous. Based on this experience, we don't recommend this apartment.
