Fully equipped kitchen was nice. A bit tight for a family of 4 with 2 teenagers, however the outside patio made up for it. Location was amazing and neighbourhood had a lot of character. Many wonderful dining options within 5 min walk.

Everything was absolutely perfect. My mom and I are very conscious and sensitive about how clean a place is and we were not disappointed with this apartment! Everything was exactly as pictured and the communication was very fast and smooth with the staff on WhatsApp. Air conditioning was also very effective, especially during the 100 Fahrenheit summer heat! The apartment is also very close to many great restaurants, cafes, shops, pharmacies, and are all within a close walking distance. Very thankful I found this place during our trip to Madrid!

The whole stay was great. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and easy. The area felt like a safe place to walk around, day or night. The place was clean, well air conditioned and had a very nice shower. As for the appliances in the apartment, once we figured out how the stove and washing machine worked, we were able to cook and do laundry. A grocery store and the metro station are about a block from the apartment and there are plenty of restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The main avenue in downtown Madrid is about three blocks. This place fulfilled or exceeded all my needs and expectations. Can't think of anything to complain about. It's simply a great place to stay.

This place advertised it has an elevator, which is true. What it didn't say is that there are 10 stairs to get to the elevator and another 10 after the elevator to reach the apartment. This was a nightmare for us as I use a 60 lbs mobility scooter. Other than that. It was a great place with excellent location surrounded by restaurants and bars.
