GRAN VIA Main Streets, AMALFI

  • Luxury apartments located right on Gran Vía, designed by the prestigious architectural firm Ce estudio. The firm is led by architect Carmen Luque Espejo, who specializes in the design and optimization of unique spaces in unbeatable locations. The goal is to provide the sector with the full range of amenities and services. Noteworthy is the interior design of each apartment, as well as its themed décor, which represents a different city around the world in each one.

    Each apartment features a private terrace for guests’ use and enjoyment.
    🚫 Basic Rules.

    Check-in: from 3:00 p.m.
    Check-out: before 11:00 a.m.

    Parties and events: Not permitted.

    Occupancy: Only guests included in the reservation and properly registered may stay, including children.

    Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. Smoking is only permitted on the terrace if the apartment has one and smoking is allowed there.

    Noise: Please respect your neighbors’ peace and quiet and avoid disruptive noise. Quiet hours: Monday through Friday, 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m.; holidays, 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

    🧹 Apartment Care

    Leave the kitchen tidy, the utensils clean, and the trash in the appropriate bins.

    Take care of the furniture and report any damage or loss of keys to our team.

    🛏️ Your Stay

    The accommodation includes bedding, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, and utilities such as hot water, heating, and Wi-Fi.

This is the most perfect condo and location for visiting Madrid. We are a family of 4- two adults and two teenagers. The unit has ample space for all of us. And the patio and view is just amazing! We had breakfast on the patio many mornings! The location is in a convenient location. We were steps from the Metro, half a block from the Dia grocery, within walking distance of restaurants, shops and several fun neighborhoods. The building is secure and access to the unit is easy. Communications with the host team was 10/10. They answered all my questions pre arrival. Sent us a video showing us exactly how to access the unit and checked in on us after arrival. The unit is on the busy Calle Grand Via. It should be expected that you would hear city noise. It did not bother any of us. In fact, it added to the charm of staying in the city center. We could not recommend this unit highly enough. Any future visits we have to Madrid will include a stay here!
