It is designed with open living, dining, and kitchen areas. The living space features a comfortable sitting area with a sofa bed, where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city.

The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutleries to make delicious meals.

The main bedroom has a double bed, complimentary hotel-quality linens, and multiple storage spaces.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Las Ventas is a neighborhood located in the center of Madrid. It is mainly known for the Plaza de Toros de Las Ventas, just a 15' walk from the property. It is one of the most famous bullrings in the world.

The area surrounding the property is landscaped and residential, perfect for visitors to enjoy a mix of tranquility and relaxation, while being close to the vibrant and bustling atmosphere of downtown Madrid.

The Wizink Center is a 20-minute walk away. It is a large indoor stadium, used mainly for sporting events, concerts and other entertainment shows.

Around the house you will find parks such as Quinta de la Fuente del Berro, mainly known for the monument to Becquer, the statue dedicated to the poet Pushkin, fountains, waterfalls, ponds.

El Retiro is a 25-minute walk away, this park is considered an open-air museum, was declared a Historic Artistic Garden, and is currently one of the green lungs that make up the rich cultural heritage of Madrid.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, Ricardo Ortiz - San Emilio, is just a 3-minute walk.

The nearest subway station, El Carmen and Las Ventas is just a 10-minute walk.

Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport is a 12-minute drive from the property.

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys, or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e., when the sofa bed is not included).
