“We had a wonderful stay at Rooms Pontones. The apartment is in a great location but also very quiet. It is kept very clean and the bed was comfortable. The host was easy to communicate with and they even let us check in early, which was very much appreciated. Would absolutely recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again!”

“The apartment looks just like the pictures, nicely decorated and stocked with everything you could possibly need including a full washer/dryer. More than enough room for a single person or couple. Also really well situated close to several supermarkets, an El Corte Ingles (large department store) and 3 metro stops as well as Retiro (urban park). Bit of a bumpy check in but mostly my fault as I didn’t check junk mail. Once I connected with the host he was very friendly and helpful. An easy 5 out……

“Overall, we loved this apartment and it was exactly as listed. Despite not having any front facing windows (its an interior apartment with windows into the light well) it was bright and cheery. It has been remodeled with care and attention and the only difficulties we had were that the drain in the shower was a little slow and the key in the door was a little tricky to learn. The bed was extremely comfortable and the living room and kitchen functioned perfectly. We appreciated both the Moka Pot……

“I've always had good luck with VRBO's in many countries. But not this place. I was not al all like the pictures-dark and old and difficult to enter. I left immediately and moved into a nearby hotel and took the loss”

“This apartment is in an amazing location! Such a cool and unique spot with so much interesting art and features! Arturo’s assistant Rica was amazing and was incredibly kind and welcoming! Just know that there is no air conditioning but there are fans in all the bedrooms.”

“Loved this apartment and the neighborhood so much! It’s between 2 amazing grocery stores, Veritas and Supercor. The neighborhood is awesome! The dishwasher and washer/dryer, plus the kitchen made things so much easier for us. Tons of cute Spanish shops and restaurants around, and like 2 blocks from Gran Via. I’d stay here again! Loved it!
