Internet was not very stable. If you are a tourist, this not your hotel, as the location is very secluded. The room was nice, and confortable. The area is extremely quiet. The area is safe.

My favourite.

Fantastic hotel in all regards. Great service and lovely room. Best I stayed in in Spain. I just wish the breakfast started at 7.00am rather than 7.30am.

The area is very quiet and beautiful. However, not so many attractions around. One point that I did not like was the cleanliness: in one instance I discovered a stained towel in the bathroom (although coming from the laundry)

Out of the centre for value

The very limited number of staff do as good a job as possible. This probably keeps costs down, but it can make it hard to find service. Consider this hotel for presentations and conferences if there's no need to be in town. The accommodation is good. There are usually taxis waiting opposite the door: 10-15 mins to the centre of Madrid.

A decent business hotel for a short trip

Hotel is beginning to need some TLC but the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The 'hot' water on the 1st morning wasn't which meant a nearly cold shower. It WAS fixed quickly though. Somebody had used the water in the mini-bar and instead of paying for it, had simply refilled the bottles and put them back in the fridge. I noticed when I opened them and the seals were already broken. Pointed out to reception and they were replaced immediately

Um excelente hotel! Um pouco distante do centro de Madri, porem com condução proximo! A unica observação que tenho e com relação a sustentabilidade. Eles dizem pra se vc quiser utilizar as toalhas mais de uma vez, é so perdurar!!! Mas onde?? No banheiro nao ha sequer um cabide para vc pendurar as roupas limpas… muito menos as toalhas usadas!!! O bairro e calmo, arborizado e agradável! Porem nad proximidades nao ha nenhum comercio, restaurante, etc, Ficaria novamente!!!
