Hotel i nærheden af messe området og tæt på lufthavn. Værelser dårligt og ikke tidssvarende indrettet. Ikke noget bord eller stol så man kan arbejde på værelset. Mangler også strygejern på værelserne. Virker slidt. For dyrt i forhold til standard. Eneste positive er gå afstand til messeområde

Comfy beds
The staff were very nice, the bar food was good and the Metro was conveniently nearby. The bed was the most comfortable of the 7 hotels we stayed at. My only concern is in a country that is experiencing drought, the shower/faucet water pressure should be decreased so less water is wasted.

Rooms are very old fashioned and tired and need up dating, Restaurant was closed on both days for functions so no food available during our stay at the hotel! when we got food in from outside the management staff complained to us!!

El hotel se ve que es antiguo pero la habitación estaba muy limpia y la cama era muy cómoda. Está al lado del Metro para desplazarte con comodidad por Madrid sin depender del coche. Muy bien comunicado con el aeropuerto y el centro de la ciudad. Además el personal ha sido muy amable. Para repetir en familia.

El hotel bien poco renovado pues puertas,interruptores y equipamiento antiguos ,para el precio 280€ Pero buscaba un hotel lo mas cercano al palacio ce congresos. Desayuno un poco escaso ..acostumbrada a otros hoteles.. De echo a las 10:30 retiraron todo y había gente que entraba en ese momento ha desayunar .

Perfect for IFEMA
Nice place, perfectly located for IFEMA. Breakfast was good, the room was clean and quite spacious. The mini bar was missing but not a big deal.

Safe hotel. Free parking on the street. 10 minutes walk to the restuarants and El Corte Inglés. We went by car to Madrid centrum. This was Augusti so traffic was easy and parking available on the streets. Anayway it was a comfortable way to see the city when the temperature is above 40 celsius.

Overall experience was good with this Hotel. There are restaurants nearby the hotel but most of the staff does not speak English and we had a very hard time communicating what we would like to order.

Staff is friendly, breakfast is good, clean room, the room is simply worn and does not represent the status as pictured (curtain partially ripped of rail, wall paper folding off wall, wall marks everywhere, carpet stains, however - rave concert in neighborhood is loud enough to disrupt conversations in the room at times and runs till 2:30 am! No hotel should sell rooms under these conditions! No sleep to be had that night.

Proximidad al recinto de IFEMA, por eso lo escogimos. El hotel necesitaría una reforma en la decoración y reposición o sustitución de algún mobiliario de zonas comunes. Está un poco anticuado. La limpieza es buena y el personal muy amable. Excesivo coste del suplemento por mascota.

Be vigilant. I was stolen things from my luggage. It’s definitely the housekeeper as no one else is supposed to enter the room. I was in room 437 from 19 to 21 of May 2023. I’ll never return to this hotel again or recommend it to someone.
