The Centro district in the heart of Madrid is just a few minutes walk from some of the city’s best nightlife, history and museums. Centro is home to everything you need to experience Madrid and all its energy, including the Prado Museum, the Thyssen or the Reina Sofía, the Plaza del Sol and the Plaza Mayor. Catch some of the city’s best shows on Gran Vía or spend your time soaking up the great outdoors in majestic Retiro Park.
Lavapiés is an exciting neighborhood spread out over steep medieval streets. The Tabacalera and La Casa Encendida cultural centers let you explore contemporary art. The culinary scene in Lavapiés includes cafes, Indian restaurants, and Spanish taverns, as well as the San Fernando Market.

A security deposit of €2770 is required at booking, which will be returned within 2-4 weeks after the check-out, minus any deductible damages.
