The property was great and just as listed. Very clean and very picturesque. My girlfriend and I had a great time here and the apartment was centrally located to the Main Street of Madrid. The stairs are a hike but it makes the experience all the more worth it. I will be staying here again in future visits!

Apartment is lovely but shower leaking, no kettle to boil water and no hot water in sink tap just cold when you turn to hot no water comes out really, very little cooking utensils and only a mini frying pan and one pot that was it otherwise apartment is lovely but the stairs is hard work as no lift and lots and lots of stairs but keep you fit lol

建物に入る為のコードが届いていましたがシステムに慣れていない日本人には難しく結局滞在中、人の出入りの時に一緒に入る事に。部屋の清掃は行き届いていません(前泊者の髪の毛多数)お湯は出ず時期的に水では冷たくてシャワーを浴びれませんでした。テレビは3チャンネルしか映りません。通信環境が悪くて3チャンネルしか無いテレビも映らない時がしばしば。WiFiも繋がりません。滞在中2度停電あり。隣の部屋の声が丸聞こえ。繁華街の通りに面しているので夜中も騒がしいです。唯一の利点は中心部にあるので観光・ショッピングには便利な場所にあります。電話で不具合の連絡は出来ますが英語が出来ないと難しいので日本人にはここでの滞在はお勧めしません。
