The house is located on the 4th floor of a building with elevator, very bright and quiet.

The apartment is newly renovated and has 3 bedrooms (2 with double bed), living room, 2 bathrooms and a separate and fully equipped kitchen. Features TV and wireless

You are located in the quiet street behind the Gran Via in the popular district of Malasaña, and perpendicular to the street Fuencarral, be close to the best restaurants, the best bars, museums and theaters. And in one of the best places to go shopping.

Just 5 minutes from the Puerta del Sol, 15 minutes from the Prado, Thyssen, Plaza de Cibeles. Perfect for couples, groups of friends or families.

Gran Via Metro public transport just 1 minute, Sol train just 5 minutes. Tourist bus stop just 2 min. on Gran Via.

Also airport bus from the stop in Cibeles just 5 minutes.

Appartement bien situé

Appartement correct. Nécessite quelques travaux d'embellissement. 2 salles d'eau dont une sans chauffage. Pas de lampe de chevet au lit. Immeuble correct avec ascenseur bien situé dans centre a 5 minutes du métro Note : 11 /20

San Onofre 1 apartment

Location is central to many sites. Apartment is not well maintained. Customer service was TERRIBLE. Written requests and phone requests for assistance were ignored. Managers, Paula and Leticia, were extremely rude. She answered the phone by asking, "What do you want?" Check in was a nightmare. If not for the kindness of an extremely kind native speaker, we would not have gained access to apartment. We strongly advise against this renting this apartment because of the management.

Nice Apartment, difficult to get information

The apartment was very nice and clean. It is in a very good location for getting around. However, it was difficult to reach the host for information regarding getting the keys, that information was not provided ahead of time, my emails were not answered. I had to call several times to make arrangements.

Sencillo y céntrico

En general la valoración es positiva. La zona inmejorable ya que está totalmente céntrico. Como comentarios negativos señalar que en el inventario que se especificaba en la web aparecía un microondas que no estaba y que tuvimos que reclamar (el segundo día de estancia nos facilitaron uno). El agua caliente era insuficiente para todas las personas que nos alojábamos teniéndonos que duchar por turnos de mañana y de noche. Cuando llegamos al apartamento la limpieza brillaba por su ausencia, había polvo por debajo de todos los muebles y camas y los muebles de la cocina estaban bastante pegajosos. Señalar también que nos llevamos una sorpresa cuando abrimos armarios y cajones de los muebles y encontramos ropa de cama y toallas que no parecían estar del todo limpias y estaban enrolladas de mala manera. En general la estancia fue agradable y muy cómoda salvando los detalles anteriores.
