The apartment has 120 square meters and have been refurbished. Located in the Gran Via of Madrid, is situated in a landmark building, just a few meters from the Plaza of España. The apartment has a great terrace with unique views of the Royal Palace, the Almudena Cathedral and the Royal Theater. So central that you can reach on foot to all sights of the city. Awesome views of the Royal Palace from all the rooms.



Guest Access:

The building has three lifts and a doorman the weekdays.

The apartment has three bedrooms, two with two individual beds and the other one with a queen size bed(150cm). All rooms come with wardrobe, airconditioner and TV.

There are also two bathrooms with shower but without a toilet, and aside there is a toilet room.

We provide our guests with amenities.

The property is complemented by a full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, oven, coffie machine, induction hob, dishwasher and all the necessary utensils.

In addition to the indoor dining room, the apartment has a large terrace with wonderful views over the Royal Palace.

All rooms have air conditioning and there is wireless internet with exclusive access to 200 Mb.
