This accommodation is not intended for tourist or vacation use.
Its use is strictly limited to guests visiting Madrid for one of the following non-tourist purposes:
Education, training, and personal development: participation in on-site or online courses, workshops, competitive exams, bootcamps, university studies, or self-learning stays (writing, languages, art, music, programming, etc.). This also includes guests who require a quiet environment for personal or academic projects (thesis writing, portfolio development, exam preparation, etc.).
Medical or aesthetic treatments: stays related to physical or mental health, including medical check-ups, procedures, post-operative recovery, physiotherapy, or aesthetic treatments (plastic surgery, hair transplants, cosmetic dentistry, dermatology, etc.).
Work or professional projects: work-related travel, temporary remote work, meetings, collaborations, or projects with companies, institutions, or cultural centers in Madrid.
Justified family reasons: accompaniment or care of family members, support for children studying in Madrid, or temporary stays for personal reasons of a non-tourist nature.
