The flat is in the middle of a touristic lively place. The entrance is hidden by a bar/pub. The building is old but maintained to a minimum of cleaning. The main metal gate, the building and the flat entrance are keyless, so there is not a great sense of security although nothing happened while we stayed. The flat is elongated and narrow, and has the bare minimum, especially the kitchen. It does not have a kettle which is very bizarre. The flat although clean, has very visible marks of wear and tear, floor tiles broken, kitchen furniture damaged by dampness, a table scratched, bath shower with dark marks of dampness. The air conditioning needs fixing, it has a high pitch noise when ON and the airflow is little, the noise is unbearable, luckily the weather was not too hot. I'd not recommend this flat for a family of four, as the internal privacy is very minimal as the flat is small and the room is separated by a heavy, awkward glazed glass door. The location is very popular with all-night-long activities, bars, discos, adult entertainment places, and small restaurants, so nights can be very noisy outside and inside the building. (one night someone decided to hammer down a wall nearby). If you are looking for a heavy party staying, and you don't care about the noise, then this is your place. I'd not recommend this flat and area if you are looking for a more relaxing stay.
