"This hotel is a great 'home base' to explore Madrid. It is right beside several grocery stores and across the street from a subway station. Taxis are plentiful and available 24/7. The front staff are multilingual, friendly, and helpful. The room is larger than many in comparable places in western Europe, and (most importantly) the AC worked very well. I would definitely stay again if I have the chance to visit Madrid. Highly recommended!"

Hotel Chamartin The One

"The hotel's location offers exceptional convenience for both intra-city travel within Madrid and inter-city rail connections, as it is situated directly above the Chamartin Clara Campoamor Train Station. Furthermore, Barajas Airport T4 is accessible within a mere 20-minute journey, and the Chamartin Subway station is also directly integrated. While the immediate vicinity currently presents a developing aesthetic, it is anticipated that this will significantly enhance upon the completion of the hotel's ongoing renovations. The staff consistently demonstrates a high level of professionalism and amiability, and the accommodations are meticulously maintained. I will definitely return and stay again."

"Great location, close to the Gran Via, but not as crowded. The room was very nice and clean. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. And the breakfast was delicious, great variety of food and everything was fresh. And the bonus, the Rooftop, amazing views of the city and as a guest you have priority sitting, it was worth every penny!"
