Really clean property with all the necessary amenities! It was in a pretty quiet neighborhood near grocery stores so it felt safe. We loved our stay here!

Esta bastante bien ubicada se tiene la mayoria de cosas necesarias bastante cerca. Lo unico es que si llevas carro es un poco complicado encontrar parqueo pero de ahi realmente todo bastante bien y limpio.

Amazing place, absolutely impeccable and the host left more than enough: coffee, milk, cookies...even some beer and wine! The location is great within a nice residential neighborhood in Madrid, close to anything you would need and just an uber way from all main attractions in the city.It was just 3 of us and we loved it!Thanks Ivan!

We had a great stay at the apartment. The location is good reachable. Check in and check out is very easy. The apartment is big with 2 bathrooms. Coffee pads are prepared for us, which makes us feel at home. Thank you and we will come back again.

We only stayed one night as a stopover point, but the location was nice - close to dining. Check-in was simple, apartment was clean. Communication with host was flawless. Downstairs shower did not drain and you had to turn the water on and off during shower so as not to overflow the base pan onto the floor which was sub-par but not that big of a deal.

The accommodation has an excellent location, and we could reach everything easily. Communication with Ivan was outstanding – he was always available and gave us great recommendations. The apartment was clean, nicely furnished, and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Bien situado. Fácil comunicación. Anfitrión excelente, todo fácil y rápido y muy detalloso (las dos cervecitas y el vino de bienvenida un plus, además de los avíos para desayunar y café. GRACIAS). Ivan est un hôte attentionné,particulièrement réactif et de bon conseil L’appartement est relativement bien situé et permet de se projeter sur le centre en traversant les rues marchandes. Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento a Madrid per una sola notte, durante il mio passaggio in città per il FITUR. L’esperienza complessiva è stata piacevole, in linea con gli standard di Expedia.
L’organizzazione è risultata impeccabile: dalla prenotazione alla ricezione delle informazioni relative al check-in e al check-out, tutto è stato chiaro, puntuale e ben gestito. L’host si è dimostrato sempre presente e disponibile, rispondendo prontamente a ogni necessità.
L’appartamento è ordinato e rispecchia fedelmente quanto descritto.

This property was perfect for our short stay in Madrid! It's located in a gorgeous part of the city, just off from streets lined with bars, cafe's and restaurants of such great quality! On mornings where we just wanted easy breakfasts before a day of exploring we were spoiled for choice. Also, it's such a convenient location to hop on the metro and get to the city centre with ease! Ubers and cabs are relatively affordable but we found we had such a good experience with the public transport. The property itself was well maintained when we arrived, the host generously providing some treats and wine, a lovely welcome present! It was fully equipped which made the option to stay in a cook for ourselves possible if we liked! Genuinely, we cannot find fault here and will definitely be rebooking when we return to Madrid!

The host was amazing and communicated often. The overall place was not what we expected, felt slightly dirty to be honest. They did provide a welcome basket of goodies, which was very nice. The kitchen setup was very odd, as well as the downstairs extra room. You could barely move around the bed downstairs, and I’m a very small person. Location was great overall. The noise outside kept us all up the entire night and it was a Monday night. It worked for one night but I would have been disappointed if this was where we stayed our entire trip.

Appartement propre mais équipement strictement minimum dans la cuisine. 2 serviettes pour 3 personnes alor qu' on paie aussi à la personne. Chambre et salle de bain en sous sol . Aucune vue nulle part. Petite TV ridicule au dessus d'une porte. Propriétaire rentabilise au maximum. Mais du vin et du lait....

Nuestra estancia fue excelente. El apartamento es fiel a las fotos, muy limpio y con detalles de bienvenida que nos hicieron sentir cuidadas desde el primer momento. La ubicación nos resultó perfecta para desplazarnos, con el tren a solo 10 minutos andando. El anfitrión fue encantador, muy atento, y responder si se le escribe.
El apartamento ten ía todo lo necesario: plancha, tabla, secador, utensilios de limpieza… nada que echar en falta. Como único punto a mejorar, un plato de ducha y un lavabo estaban algo atascados, pero al tener otro baño no nos afectó demasiado.
Lo recomendaría sin dudar y volvería a reservar en mi próximo viaje a Madrid.
