The apartment is charming, is very light, and is 90 m².

The property is located 50 m from Carrefour supermarket, 50 m from Gran Oferta Gastronómica from the restaurant, 100 m from Metro Antón Martín metro station, 900 m from Madrid Atocha train station. The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood in the center of the city.

The accommodation is equipped with the following items: lift, washing machine, dryer, iron, safe, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, balcony, single boiler on gas, air-conditioned, 3 TVs.

The accomodation was not as booked and confirmed,- we booked and paid for 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. There was only 1 bathroom. The address was also not as booked and confirmed and this resulted in a great deal of stress, physical difficulty in walking with luggage from the confirmed address to the new address, delay in gaining entry to the new accommodation. We are very angry, we have been cheated!!! We demand a refund for the difference in the price for a 2 bathroom and a 1 bathroom apartment.

Despite booking our accommodation months in advance, the four of us were informed on the very day of our departure that we could no longer stay in the apartment we had reserved. Instead, we were placed in a much smaller one-bedroom, one-bathroom flat. One of the beds was a sofa bed, which made the already tight space feel even more cramped. Sharing a single bathroom between two couples was far from ideal and added to the discomfort. Had we received earlier notice, we could have made alternative arrangements for a more spacious and suitable place to stay.

Casa in ottima posizione, a piedi si arriva facilmente al Prado, in Plaza Major e porta del Sol ed alla stazione di Atocha. Due stazioni della metro vicine. Molto comodo il supermercato nelle vicinanze. Molto pratico l’accesso all’appartamento tramite appOttima dotazione: aria condizionata, lavatrice con asciugatrice, forno e microonde, Nespresso…esperienza molto positiva

Beautiful, Clean & Excellent location

This was a perfect flat for our stay in Madrid. Easy walking and public transportation to everything we wanted to see. The flat was well-appointed, and very clean. Check in was a breeze with a virtual key, but internet access is important. The only issue we encountered was a slow-draining shower in the ensuite. I reached out to the property managers via the messaging system of VRBO with no response, but it's a local management org. and I should have texted them. Not a dealbreaker. We managed it. Excellent property. Pictures are accurate.

Un appartement très bien situé, dans une petite rue tranquille du centre de Madrid. Tous les sites d'intérêt touristique sont accessibles à pied. L'appartement est propre et bien rénové.

Bel appartement bel espace propre bien situé accessible.Manque peut-être un valet dans les chambres un fautueil pour poser ses vetements.LA vaiselle estb pour 4 personnes seulement manque des petits ustensiles de cuisines (passoire grande casserole) et des condiments....Les salles de douches sont parfaites... Un bel endroit agréable et chaleureux
