Elevator doesn’t work! I traveled with my mom 76 years old we had to get to the stairs for 4 days n the only excuse i received is that is that the elevator is not part of the stay !!! That they are not responsible for an elevator not working

Habitación limpia, sin embargo, si te toca la que está cerca de la calle, es muy difícil poder dormir, desafortunadamente nos tocó esa habitación y si había mucho ruido en la calle. La verdad es que no me di cuenta que era baño compartido y esto no me gustó mucho . El colchón también no es tan confortable. Y pues si necesitas dejar las maletas unas horas más en el lugar hay un cargo extra
